KIT SUMMARY The Sema-4D and Plexin B1 Receptor antibody sampler kit can be used to detect the changes in the expression of Semaphorin 4D and its receptor Plexin B1. The kit also includes a Plexin B1 peptide for antibody blocking experiments and secondary reagents for antibody detection. |
Western blot image of mouse brain lysate. The blot was probed with mouse monoclonal Semaphorin-4D antibody (SM1881) at 1:250 (lane 1), 1:500 (lane 2), and 1:1000 (lane 3).
Immunocytochemical labeling in rat PC12 cells differentiated with NGF. The cells were probed with rabbit polyclonal Plexin B1 (PP1841) and mouse monoclonal Sema-4D (SM1881) antibodies, then the antibodies were detected using appropriate secondary antibody conjugated to DyLight® 594.
