KIT SUMMARY

The paxillin phospho-regulation antibody sampler kit can be used to examine phosphorylation of paxillin at Tyr-31, Ser-83, and Ser-178. The kit also includes monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies to monitor total paxillin expression levels

Western blot analysis of A431 cells (30 μg/lane) serum starved overnight (lane 1 & 3) or treated with pervanadate (1 mMl) for 30 min (lanes 2 & 4). The blot was probed with anti-Paxillin (PM1071) or anti-phospho-Paxillin (Tyr-31) (PM1021).

Immunocytochemical labeling of Ser-83 phosphorylated paxillin in rabbit spleen fibroblasts. The cells were labeled with mouse monoclonal Paxillin (left) and rabbit polyclonal Paxillin (Ser-83, right) antibodies, then detected using appropriate secondary antibodies conjugated to Cy3.



Mouse monoclonal and rabbit polyclonal antibodies are supplied in phosphate-buffered saline, 50% glycerol, 1 mg/ml BSA, and 0.05% sodium azide. Store at –20°C. Stable for 1 year.
