KIT SUMMARY The DISC1 phospho-regulation antibody kit can be used to detect phosphorylation of Ser-710 relative to total DISC1 expression. The kit includes two rabbit polyclonal antibodies to detect total expression of DISC1 and secondary reagents for detection of rabbit polyclonal antibody in western blot or ELISA. In addition, the kit includes peptides for blocking experiments or use as ELISA positive controls. |
Western blot of DISC1 phosphorylation in PC12 cells untreated (lanes 1 & 3) or treated with calyculin A (100 nm) for 30 min (lanes 2 & 4). The blots were probed with DP3041 anti-DISC1 (a.a. 740-753) (lanes 1 & 2) or DP3061 anti-DISC1 (Ser-710) (lanes 3 & 4).
Western blot of DISC1 in mouse brain (lanes 1 & 3) and rat PC12 cells (lanes 2 & 4). The blots were probed with DP3021 anti-DISC1 (a.a. 740-753) (lanes 1 & 2) and DP3041 anti-DISC1 (a.a. 740-753) (lanes 3 & 4).
