KIT SUMMARY The Semaphorin antibody kit can be used to compare the expression of Sema-3A, Sema-3E, Sema-3F, and Sema-4D in cells and tissues. The kit includes three Sema-3A antibodies that target the N-terminal, Central, and C-terminal regions of Sema-3A. |
Western blots of neonatal rat brain (lanes 1, 3, & 5) and human recombinant Sema3A/Fc chimera (95/125 kDa) (lanes 2, 4, & 6). Blots were probed with anti-Sema3A (SP1401) (lanes 1 & 2), anti-Sema3A (SP1221) (lanes 3 & 4) and anti-Sema3A (SP1241) (lane 5 & 6).
Western blot image of mouse brain lysate. The blot was probed with mouse monoclonal Semaphorin-4D antibody (SM1881) at 1:250 (lane 1), 1:500 (lane 2), and 1:1000 (lane 3).
