Western blot analysis of adult mouse tissue lysates (20 μg/lane): brain (lane 1), spleen (lane 2), liver (lane 3), kidney (lane 4), muscle (lane 5), and heart (lane 6). The blots were probed with rabbit polyclonal anti-Actin (AP1651).
