KIT SUMMARY

The Fibronectin ELISA kit can be used for capture of human Fibronectin in ELISA sandwich assays of cell lysates, serum, and other liquid biological samples. The kit includes mouse monoclonal anti-Fibronectin (FM013P) capture antibody and biotin conjugated anti-Fibronectin (FM022B) dectection antibody along with a Stretavidin:HRP reagent (SS300K) for biotin detection.

Representative Standard Curve using mouse monoclonal anti-fibronectin (FM013P) for ELISA capture of human recombinant fibronectin protein. Capture was detected by using anti-fibronectin (FM022B) biotin conjugate followed by streptavidin conjugated to HRP (SS300K).



Mouse monoclonal capture antibody is supplied in phosphate-buffered saline and 0.05% sodium azide. Mouse monoclonal detection antibody is supplied in phosphate-buffered saline, 50% glycerol, and 0.05% sodium azide. Streptavidin:HRP is supplied in phosphate-buffered saline, 50% glycerol, and 0.01% Thimerosal. Store all at –20°C. Stable for 1 year.
