KIT SUMMARY

The CD44 ELISA kit can be used for capture of human CD44 protein in ELISA sandwich assays of cell lysates, serum, and other liquid biological samples. The kit includes mouse monoclonal anti-CD44 (CM591P) capture antibody and anti-CD44 (CM010D) Isotype IgG2b detection antibody along with anti-Mouse IgG2b specific:HRP (MS3231) secondary reagent.

Comparison of quantitative western blot (A) and sandwich ELISA (C) measurement of CD44 protein expression in A549, SK-MES-1, H1299, and H1915 cell lines. The western blot (B) was probed with anti-CD44 mouse monoclonal (CM5911), and the ELISA used mouse monoclonal anti-CD44 (CM591P) for capture of CD44 native protein. Captured CD44 was detected by using mouse monoclonal IgG2b anti-CD44 (CM010D) followed by anti-Mouse IgG2b specific:HRP (MS3231).



Mouse monoclonal capture antibody is supplied in phosphate-buffered saline and 0.05% sodium azide. Mouse monoclonal detection antibody is supplied in phosphate-buffered saline, 50% glycerol, and 0.05% sodium azide. Anti-Mouse IgG2b:HRP is supplied in phosphate-buffered saline, 50% glycerol, and 1 mg/ml BSA. Store all at –20°C. Stable for 1 year
